I am starting a series over on my Youtube channel all about habit tracking. I recently did a video about having no candy for over 30 days. I think we’re over 40 days now! In that video I talked about habit tracking and how changing small things in your life can really add up. I don’t do well with things like a 75 Hard where you are doing something drastic for 75 days straight. It’s too overwhelming for me. I would be setting myself up for failure. I do better setting smaller more attainable goals for myself and tracking them throughout a shorter time period and going from there. So that is what I’m doing! I’ll be tracking movement, reading and food for 30 days. It’s a way to stay accountable and to get myself out of this funk that I have found myself in. It’s been great to be able to check things off of a list at the end of a day and to stick to a “meal plan.” I’ll be posting a video on Mondays (hopefully 😅) of the previous weeks activity where you can see everything I did. I won’t be focusing on weight loss this time around but that may be in the future and I may record my weight in the videos as well because I know people are curious. If this sounds at all interesting to you or you are curious to hear more about habit tracking I would love for you to check out my channel and videos and will leave a link down below. A few more ideas for habit tracking would be water intake, protein goals, money saving, reducing clutter/cleaning etc. Just some ideas in case you want to join me 😊 see you on YouTube
